Is it free to submit an event?
Yes. Standard calendar listings are free. Paid packages add website, video, email, or social media visibility.
Does submission guarantee publication?
No. EMC reviews submissions for relevance, completeness, timing, safety, and alignment before publication.
Does a free listing include social promotion?
No. Free submissions include calendar placement only. Social, video, email, and featured placements are paid promotional services.
How early should I submit?
Submit by Wednesday at 12 PM ET for consideration in the following week's roundup. Paid promotion requires at least seven days' notice, and bundles should be requested at least 10 business days in advance.
Does paid promotion guarantee ticket sales?
No. Paid promotion purchases defined visibility and content deliverables. EMC cannot guarantee registrations, attendance, sales, media coverage, or endorsement.
Can EMC cover my event on-site?
On-site coverage starts at $350 and depends on location, access, scheduling, and requested deliverables. Email hi@exploremarylandcannabis.com for a quote.
