Summer School 2025: In One Snapshot
Format: Hybrid (in-person experiences + virtual learning touchpoints)
Focus: Retail readiness + ecosystem exposure (including ancillary careers)
What made it different: Real-world access, community-centered delivery, and practical career prep
Why we piloted it: To prove a model that makes workforce training feel doable, welcoming, and real in Maryland
Ticket revenue and community support help fund future workforce training and scholarships.
